New Student Enrollment Form
All students new to the district must enroll with the registrar.
New Enrollment is Defined as:
- Student was enrolled in a high school outside of the defined District 215 boundaries.
- Student was enrolled in a high school outside of the State of Illinois.
- Missed the June 14th deadline to complete the pre-enrollment form for incoming 9th graders from Burnham, Calumet City, and Lansing feeder schools.

Enrollment for new students is defined as...
1. Never attended Thornton Fractional North or South High School
2. New to an Illinois School
3. Transferring/entering from a Jr high or high school outside of District 215 boundries
If you fit the requirements of a new enrollment and have all the required documents to enroll, please follow the link below. Be sure you have documents ready before starting, they will need to be scanned/uploaded to continue the registration process.

Student's Birth Certificate

If a father is enrolling the student in a District 215 high school, the father's name must be listed on birth certificate.
Upload/scan copy of student's birth certificate - HOSPITAL BIRTH CERTIFICATES or FOOT PRINTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Homeowner's warranty deed, trustee's deed, current real estate tax bill, or mortgage

Student Primary Address

The address you provide for your student will be electronically verified by District 215 to confirm that you live within the district's attendance boundaries. If your address cannot be verified, you may be asked to provide documents that prove your residency. Knowingly providing false address information for school enrollment is a violation of Illinois law and may result in legal action.
